All molds are custom machined to
order. Therefore, our prices are considerably higher than
commercially available cast aluminum molds. Please consider this
before requesting pricing information.
Price quotes and lead times are
preferred via email.
All molds are
machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum bar stock and feature hinges and handles,
2pc molds available upon request.
Handles are made of a
very durable and heat resistant phenolic plastic mounted to stainless
steel studs.
Most lure molds
accept 3D molded eyes. Most are available with or without eye pins
upon request.
If one of our
standard molds does not fit your requirements, we can put together a mold
to fit your needs.
Hand pour molds are
available up to 8” x 16” to fit the needs of production oriented
individuals or businesses.
All custom designed
lures become property of Collins Customs unless arrangements are made
otherwise.
Proprietary design
and machining are available to those businesses that require such.
All molds come with a
general purpose cavity finish, if your application requires a polished
finish, please let us know.
We can design a
family of baits from one sample or sketch.
We also offer general
machining services to manufacture any part from any material to fit your
requirements.
